I’ve managed to make it to the interview stage getting 1 of 16 interview places out of the 42 entrants!
The interview is at the end of November! So wish me luck! šŸ˜€

You can make them in 2 types: Chilled or Baked

Baked are usually of american descent, and chilled, well, I’m not sure where it’s from, but it’s the type I prefer.

You want to get a crunchy buttery biscuit base with the soft creamy filling on top.
